Every piece is printed or embroidered to order in the European workshops of our partner Printful. Nothing is made in advance, nothing sits in a warehouse.

You get the tracking link by e-mail as soon as it ships. Several pieces may arrive in separate parcels.

Rates

Tracked delivery: €7, free from €150. We ship to France, Monaco and anywhere in the European Union, from Europe: no customs duties.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed; if your order arrives in several parcels, from receipt of the last one. Write to us with your order number, or send us the withdrawal form, and we will give you the return address. Send the piece back within the following 14 days; return shipping is at your expense. You can try it on as you would in a fitting room; if it has been worn or washed, we may deduct its loss in value.

We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost (standard rate), within 14 days of your request, using your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the piece or you send proof of shipping, whichever comes first.

Something wrong?

For two years after delivery, the legal guarantee of conformity applies. Print peeling, wrong size sent, damaged piece: write to us with a photo. You choose between repair and replacement, at our expense; for a printed or embroidered garment it is usually a replacement. If neither is possible, you get a refund, or keep the piece at a reduced price. The details are in the terms of sale.
